Michelle Stafford, otherwise known as Phyllis Newman! The indomitable Phyllis Newman, portrayed by actress Michelle Stafford, always finds a way to land on her feet! Phyllis crashed the grand opening party for The Grand Phoenix and nicely apologized to Abby and Chelsea, leaving them both with mouths hanging open. Then Phyllis wisely spent her time observing the party and the shocking drugging of the guests. Phyllis found the truth about the treacherous Zoe, and she used the information to get back part ownership of The Grand Phoenix. Never underestimate Phyllis Newman!
