JT sure seems to constantly be in a bad mood.  When he took Victoria to the Valentine party, didn't he think she'd be talking to other people besides him?  If he only wanted her full attention, shouldn't he have taken her to a private dinner or made the dinner at home?  What do you think is wrong with JT?  Is it his heart meds?  Is he on drugs, opioids or something?  Or does he just plain need to see a shrink because he's a spoiled brat?!

I'm surprised you didn't agree with him when he got annoyed about the cell phone constantly being out.  That had to be a buzzkill taking Victoria to a Valentine party, and she's constantly got her nose buried in the phone.  LOL!

I also think he's jealous of Billy.

I do agree about the phone, but it's also true that JT is over-the-top irritable.  When Victoria came back from dancing with Billy, why couldn't JT have been happy to dance with Victoria, drink champagne with Victoria, laugh and have fun with Victoria?

JT definitely needs an attitude adjustment!
