I can see why Noah would leave Genoa City (it's not like he's had a storyline worth sticking around for)... but Victor shipping him off to India?!  That seems extreme to me!  Maybe the character will return someday with a little more pizzazz to him?  He could come back as a "new man."  LOL!

They have the character boring and on the naïve side.
