I'm voting for Phyllis since she was spying on them in the Grand Phoenix the other day with that fancy new security system. She may not like Chelsea, but I think the mama bear instinct will kick in since she can relate as a mother. Plus we've all seen her act devious before. It wouldn't be beneath her to wipe out Simon!
