That sure came out of left field today when Victor asked Nick about Sharon's cancer treatments.  At first I wondered how he knew.  Then I figured, "He's Victor.  He knows everything."  LOL!

Wasn't that funny later in the show when Nikki saw that Sharon was in distress in the bathroom, and she asked in a horrified manner if Sharon was pregnant?  Classic moment right there!

I enjoyed Nikki asking Sharon if she is pregnant!  In some ways, Nikki and Sharon's snarky conversations remind me of Katherine and Jill in the old days!
