I won't be around much the next 2 days.  (12-hour shifts for parent conferences.)

Maybe I'll actually get to post a little more.  My computer has been freezing and pages haven't been loading.  But it seems to be working better now that I rebooted the modem and router.  Still have to work in my classroom to get set up for the coming week... so maybe I'll get a chance to post later today.

I missed a lot of the show today due to a power outage that I'm wondering about.  The electric company is supposed to be shutting off the power briefly in the next two weeks to install a smart meter.  I'm a little bummed out that we don't get more specifics than that.  So anyway, I was watching my tape and it turned to snow.  I thought maybe the cable went out while I was at work.  Then I finally noticed blinking lights on the microwave, VCR (yeah, I'm old school) and my alarm clock.  I'm not sure if this was for the smart meter installation, or if a car wreck happened in the area, or what the deal was.  There wasn't a wind storm for once, so who knows?  I hope the power's on for tomorrow's episode!

I saw when Nikki told Nick that she is the one who killed JT.  Then I had to leave and missed the rest.  So disappointed!  Hoping you all will let me know if I missed anything important!

Hello
It's cold and we had about 1/2 inch of snow.. I dislike snow
Gavin is here recuperating from outpatient surgery.
Church was cancelled today but I wasn't planning on going anyway
Didn't want to leave Gavin by himself.. School starts back for him on Tuesday..
He is a junior at Western...I can't wait until he finishes school..
He commutes .. Hopefully he will find a place there so he doesn't have to drive .
The sun is out its first time in 9 days

Best wishes to Gavin for a speedy recovery and return to good health!  We've had a mild winter out here so far, and I'm perfectly happy there is no snow.

Today was a report card day, which meant I could leave campus for lunch.  I tried a food truck for the first time ever and pretended I was at Lola's food truck.  LOL!  Actually, it was kind of funny... some of us went to an empty lot downtown where a few food trucks are located, then brought the food back to work.  Everyone else asked what we ordered, and people wanted to know if I was a vegetarian since I ordered a veggie burger.  I guess that's a fair question.  They were relieved to hear I like regular burgers, too... but sometimes a veggie one just sounds good to me.
