Distance learning is canceled today due to hazardous air quality.  I've never had a "smoke day" before.

What do you do instead?

I did behind-the-scenes work instead, like trying to figure out how to set up the parent guardian summaries in Google Classroom.

I'm behind on the show these days.  It's kind of a strange time at work because distance learning is extremely time-consuming, and we're supposed to prepare for face-to-face instruction on our own time... so it's like working 2 full-time jobs right now.

I think Y&R was really great this week!  Now I can't wait to see what Victor does to everyone who was involved in releasing the Adam story--Billy and Victoria for sure!  I love the old mystery of the Teardrop of Love!  Victor even talked nicely with Jack today about the Teardrop of Love--what a shock!  Ha!  I'm only sorry more members/fans aren't jumping on here to talk about the stories!!!

I'm still around, just unable to post much at the moment.  We're transitioning back to distance learning, but it's up to us to do all the prep for it at night and on the weekends while we're still teaching face-to-face this week.  Today would've been the one day I had some time in the afternoon to work on it, but a staff meeting was called.  I'll admit, I was mad about it... so I turned off my Zoom camera so I could listen to the meeting while starting to assemble packets for the kids.

Sounds reasonable to me that you multi-tasked!

Sorry I'm slow on getting Ms. or Mr. Nov. posted and on posting in general.  I'm having dental problems and have been miserable with an abscessed tooth.  Will try to catch up soon.

I'm still around... just haven't been getting home at a decent time with the endless meetings at work.

Thanks Debbie!  I ended up with two abscessed teeth.  One is all better; the other is getting there.  It has been mild out here, too.  They say we have a chance of a little snow this Sunday tho.  I'm ready for spring.  At least we can visit people spaced out in the yard or somewhere then!

I think it's interesting that the CBS soaps have been pre-empted and aren't on CBS' web site.  Meanwhile, Days has been pre-empted here, but they have new episodes streaming online as if the show wasn't pre-empted.  I got hooked on Days over the summer and try to keep up on weekends if I have time.  So I'm happy that I get to stream it in just a second!
