The other day, characters kept making a big deal out of Elena being so exhausted. Do you think she just needs a nap, or are we headed to some kind of illness storyline? Or maybe she's pregnant?

Elena turned down dinner with the handsome doctor, so I'm guessing there's some storyline starting up. How long is it since Elena and Devon hooked up? It does seem like that was a while ago, but maybe she is pregnant?
