I was a big Luke and Laura fan.  Since Laura isn't on any more, and Luke is not on much, I only watch if there is a sl that interests me.  All you really need to know is that Sonny is the big mob boss of Port Charles.  Every once in a while all he!! breaks loose, and the fine medical people at General Hospital fixes everyone up!  That's my very simplistic take on GH!    Wink
